If your item is in stock, Your item will be shipped within 5 business days by the carrier of our choice. Custom items or personalized items may take up to two weeks to create and then ship. Should you want to utilize your own carrier, we will do everything with our power to honor your request at the expense of the purchaser.

At Luxeform Design, every piece is crafted with care and shipped with the same attention to detail. Please review our shipping information below before placing your order.
Processing Time All in stock orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Custom orders may take up to 2 weeks to ship.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer complimentary standard shipping on all US orders. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for time-sensitive orders ($95).
International Shipping We ship to select countries worldwide. Flat shipping rates apply based on destination:
- Canada — $65
- UK & Europe — $120
- Asia Pacific — $150
- Middle East — $140
Estimated Transit Times Transit times begin after your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier:
- Canada: 3–7 business days
- UK & Europe: 5–10 business days
- Asia Pacific: 7–14 business days
- Middle East: 7–12 business days
Please note: transit times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.
Duties, Taxes & Customs International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping rate. Luxeform Design has no control over customs processing times or fees.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date using the "contact" page on our website, We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
